No food Blog ,nor any Goan Non-Veg Meal is complete without FISH FRY.Here is the simple recipe for it....
Ingredients
1/2kg Fish of your Choice(I used Sole/lep and Chonak)
For Paste
2tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1tsp turmeric powder
Salt for taste
11/2 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Kokum juice or lime juice or Tamarind water
For Coating
1/2 cup Semolina/Rava mixed with rice flour.
For Frying
Oil
Carry on with the same process with other type of fish.Clean ,Wash,Marinate,Fry and Relish :) . Serve Hot with Fish Curry and Rice.

Buy Fresh fish of your Choice |
Mix Ginger Garlic paste, turmeric powder
Salt ,Chilli powder,Kokum juice or tamarind paste or use Rechiad paste

Marinate the cleaned and washed fish in masala paste for 15mins |
Dip in Rawa (Semolina)/Rice flour |
In a Skillet,Heat Oil and shallow fry Fish of your Choice. |
Fish will change color after sometime |
Turn around to other side and let fry. |
Remove the fried fish on kitchen towel or newspaper to absorb the excess oil. |
